Northland Veterinary Services is a clean and neat clinic with a sweet and gentle staff. They provide decent-priced services, but some customers find the clinic a little pricey compared to other places. The staff and doctors, particularly Dr. Brilla, are praised for their outstanding care, concern, and honesty in their assessments and treatments. Clients appreciate the clinic's accommodating and thoughtful approach, especially during difficult situations.
We brought our 11-year-old golden retriever yellow lab mix in because she had something wrong with her eye. They treated her with such love And care and were able to see her right away compared to another veterinary place we had been with for years. I believe we've decided to take our three dogs to them now for all their care and needs.
We thank God Dr. Brilla has her office in Iron River! She's been wonderful to both our dogs since about 2019. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Lil Bit after trying some different meds etc, sadly to no avail. To say we are devastated to part with our 18 year old pup is an understatement. The bright side however, is the privilege of having Dr. Brilla and her team there for us. They could not have been more compassionate, empathetic and tender-hearted!!! We will be forever grateful for this clinic and hope she will be in practice for many years to come!
Kind Regards,
Diane and Tom
We brought our Shepherd in to check seizure medication levels in blood, address ragweed allergy issues, clean ears & receive an antibiotic medication for an open wound. We’re so impressed w Dr. Brilla & her staff. They’re thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, supportive & patient. The overall atmosphere is calming & relaxing. A pleasure to go there & receive professional quality care! Shane & Amy
