Very reliable! Furnace went out completely on a Friday evening (in winter). Guy we purchased furnace from many years ago came over Saturday morning and said it can’t be fixed. Also he no longer sells furnaces. Got in touch with Fran on recommendations from family members. He came over, had a furnace in stock that would be the correct size. Starting installing it right away on Saturday and had heat again on Sunday! Price was fair and exactly what was quoted. New furnace is a better size for house so the rooms are much cozier, which is a big plus. Thank you Fran!
