“After several disappointing and expensive experiences at local salons - including one that claims to be color experts and cost darn near a week's worth pay for orange hair - I decided to try this strange, nondescript salon in a house.

I called on Thursday, and a woman named Annette was able to see me the next day. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in, but I was in desperate need of a makeover.

I showed her the same picture of the cut I wanted that I'd shown 3 previous stylists. She then showed me the hair colors, and we decided together that just covering the gray and enhancing my natural color would be best for now. She didn't rush me, she actually looked at my reference picture, and referred back to it while cutting and let me read her what ChatGPT said about how to cut it.

Annette knocked it out of the park! I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It's been a very difficult journey the past 5 years with the death of my daughter and major health problems, so I felt like crying when I saw the finished look.

Annette was very personable, and like myself, probably Gen X as well, so we had things in common. She was down to earth, welcoming, skilled, and just all around great. Best of all, I have finally found my person and can stop looking! Oh, their prices are extremely affordable, so you can afford to tip well.“

Matt’s Cuts came up with a 5 star and a 5 Star is definitely what he provided. Such a chill, personable human.
