This was a 2nd visit for us from Ultra Clean. Had 3 bedrooms, small living room, large lower level, stairs & furniture cleaned. Again, very happy with the results! Professional, punctual & thorough. Ultra Clean was highly recommended to us by H & F Furnishings, River Falls, WI 3 years ago. Won’t use any other carpet/upholstery cleaning company!
Jeff the owner and David his assistant were at my house promptly today . It was no trouble at all for Jeff to redo an area I was not satisfied with, he was very kind and wanted to do his best to satisfy me. I was very happy and pleased with the results and to know I randomly picked this company from google, never bothered to read the reviews, even the person on the phone I think her name is Brandy she was super friendly!
I just had my carpets cleaned throughout my house. The staff were prompt, professional, and did outstanding work! Some really stubborn dirt and stains finally came out. Everything looks and smells so clean and fresh!
