I went in for something specific, not realizing the overall positive affects of acupuncture. My energy levels increased, my stress levels decreased. I've been going once a month for a couple of years now - and its my favorite "self care" appointment. I work ridiculous hours and the stress levels of my career can be very high. I don't do many of the things I should to maintain my health - like many people the needs of others come before my own. But this appointment is so beneficial for my overall health and well being. Dr. Barb is a huge advocate for her patients! She is passionate about getting down to the root issue/cause of health problems. She treats any age and any person, however she loves caring for babies, children, teenagers, and pregnant women. She is progressive and innovative with continuing to train and learn new and improved modalities of treatment. You will be well cared for at River Point Family Acupuncture!
