This company provides lawn care for my townhome association. There is a grassy slope next to my unit that has been positively torn up by their mowers. See photo in the photo section.The main problem is they don't seem to care whether the ground is wet or not when they mow. The mowers cut largeruts into the side of the slope as they mow laterally rather than up and down the slope. The previous service used a push mower on this hill to avoid this problem.

I am recommending Outdoor Concepts to anyone looking for an amazing landscaping experience. From the beginning, they were professional, extremely responsive, offered suggestions to ideas I had and their work is second to none! I absolutely love both of the projects they did!!!

I left a message for this company to see about doing some hardscaping and landscaping, but I didn’t receive a call for a week and then either the owner or some other employee call last me but doesn’t recall the message I left. I explained the hardscaping and retaining wall that I need repaired, but he said it isn’t in his wheelhouse. What’s crazy is that his website talks all about natural stone steps and retaining walls. I would look elsewhere for your hardscaping and landscaping needs.
