Got an industrial piercing here back in June; I was in love with it. However, two weeks ago one of the ball pieces came off, and when I called to see if I could come in and get another ball to prevent the jewelry from falling out so my piercing wouldn’t close, they told me they didn’t have any time. I thought it was weird they didn’t have time to hand me a new ball piece so I could screw it on… but I understand last minute emergencies can be hard to accommodate. I was told Jesse would give me a call back to help me figure out what to do in the meantime. I never received a call, message, or email. I find Trinity a little standoffish, but I think it is just her persona so I didn't take anything personal. She did good for my first tattoo. However, I wish I had gotten Jessie but she's always booked or take by appointments only. She's super talented and it shows in her work as well as her charisma.

Jessie has always done an amazing job! I have referred many people to her, including my daughter, mother, sister, and many friends!! I have nothing but faith in the work she does! ?
