BrightStar Care does an excellent job with communication and education about home care vs. home health to clients and their families. We've known of BrightStar Care for nearly 10 years and the fact that they focus on the same quality of care as hospitals provide, is impressive!
I am a caregiver for a friend who can benefit from companion care several days a week for several hours. In my search, I met Cheri O'Connor from Bright Star Care. She has been extremely helpful by responding quickly to my initial call, providing an overview of services which might be most beneficial, and handouts suggesting most effective ways to enhance communication and work through difficult situations.
Cheri is very professional, personable, experienced, and caring. After meeting with her, I look forward to working together in finding a caring companion for my friend.
