Excellent service! Was almost unbelievable. Our septic alarm went off and after determining there was something wrong with our pump, called Kuettle for help. Service truck arrived within an hour of my call. Dale emptied the holding tank, inspected and found other problems besides the pump being shot. Took care of everything for us including calling in a plumbing service (Hansen, by the way very good also), cleaning out the mound system and repairing the inside of the holding tank. Great service and great people to work with.
First experience with a septic service and I’m now convinced there will be no need to ever change providers. Very knowledgeable and quick to share information with a “septic novice”. Explained the inspection findings and made recommendations for possible future service needs. A positive experience from start to finish. Two thumbs up for Kuettel’s.
I cannot say enough how GREAT THIS COMPANY IS.. ALSO ALL THE PEOPLE. we had found out our septic tank was not to code after extensive plumbing rework. This company has been by our side pumping weekly !!!!even when we had toilet run overnight and needed pumping Christmas Eve. We installed new tank and now can be on a more comfortable schedule.. you must use them if you have septic tank needs!!!!
