Dr. Hein is very caring and kind. He is knowledgeable about different conditions. With my cat he narrowed down the issue and gave us medicine and we had follow ups until the problem resolved. He is the best vet I've ever had.

Van Loon Animal Hospital was absolutely amazing with my dog’s double TPLO surgery. Both surgeries went perfectly, and I can't thank Dr. Hein and the entire team enough for their incredible care and expertise. They treated my dog like family and made a stressful experience so much easier. I highly recommend Van Loon Animal Hospital and Dr. Hein for exceptional veterinary care!

Dr Van Loon was very honest with us regarding our cat's diabetes. Other vets wanted to keep increasing the drugs. He told us she was insulin
resistant. I followed his instructions and she lived another 10 yrs. She has had the best life!
