Van Loon has been our care provider for our pets for 20 years or more. I like the approach that Dr. Heim takes to taking care of our pets and his ability to discuss the options available without pressuring to spend money just to spend money. He has been a fantastic vet for us for many years and will continue to be.

Blew my mind that Dr. Hein helped me by troubleshooting and not forcing bloodwork and tests that we could both see may not help my dog survive the day. He and Brianna were amazing dealing with a hysterical dog mom. Thoroughly impressed!

Best vet around. We are pleased with our dogs surgery. We are grateful for the help with our Goldendoodle. And we so appreciate your patience when we bring the pit, the great Dane and the Doodle in together... as they can be a handful!! Love this place and the people who work here
