resistant. I followed his instructions and she lived another 10 yrs. She has had the best life!

Van Loon has been our care provider for our pets for 20 years or more. I like the approach that Dr. Heim takes to taking care of our pets and his ability to discuss the options available without pressuring to spend money just to spend money. He has been a fantastic vet for us for many years and will continue to be.
We are traveling from out of town and my dog got very sick. We found them online and went first thing in the morning without an appointment. The front staff was super kind and helpful. The vet was amazing !! He was knowledgeable and efficient and very understanding. We followed his suggestion and had tests run. The special diet and medication helped my furry friend like herself in just a few days. I highly recommend this vet to anyone that needs top quality care for their pet !!
