Excellent experience. Phone contact is polite and kept me up to date. Had arborist review my request. Trimming occurred as promised and they had me involved to insure my requests were met. I would utilize their service time and time again.

We needed a few large trees trimmed back at our house since they were hanging over the roof of the house and outbuilding. We also had a tree with a large split that we were worried could break during a storm and hit the house. We wanted an arborist company, not someone who would just come in and start cutting- we want to keep our trees healthy. Johnson Ops Tree Care was able to come out to our house within 2 weeks of us making the call. They were able to install a cable in the tree with the split and noticed another one with a split that we hadn't considered. They trimmed the large trees back.
