The staff is great, the cuts are always as requested, however the online check in thing is a sham. There's been times I'll walk in, no one in the store. Check in 5 to 10 minutes then someone who "checked in" online walk in and get served first. Tried this myself today, got there about 30 seconds after someone who hadn't checked in online, could tell because she was getting his information. She then proceeds to tell me there's one ahead of me, meaning the walk in.

Great environment, not just saying it because my cousin works here. But the staff was all extremely friendly, went in for a hair cut then it was brought to my attention that I had enough hair to donate! It was a wonderful experience with some amazing people!
