I first called Coulee Locks and they told me they couldn’t get me a replacement for 4 days! Then I called Big Ben he was on his way in a hour! Not only did he get it done in one day he was super nice and a life saver!!!

I was almost to my campsite for the night, and stopped to fuel up one more time.... when I realized the key for my motorcycle's gas cap (2008 Yamaha Virago) had escaped me during my last stop! Quick search identified Ben's as a close option, and he answered on the first ring even though it was after 8pm. A short 30-minute drive later (I had my backup tank, thankfully), and he had gotten the cap open within minutes of arrival. While I used the restroom and fueled up, he worked on making 2 new keys for me. I was on the road 15 minutes later! Ben is the only locksmith I trust for anything automotive. He was able to salvage two keys for my classic BMW that were incorrectly cut by others. The fact that his business is 24/7 and mobile makes him unbeatable in my eyes. Most importantly, he's a good person with a heart of gold.
