Reached out to Chippewa Valley Mechanical via their website for a non-emergency furnace issue. I received an email response within an hour and by the next day, we had a scheduled visit. Travis was friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions and taking the time to explain the needed repair.
We had been waiting for a replacement AC unit from another company all summer (was told in June it could be a month or so before it would arrive, never heard back). When I asked Travis about one, he was able to order the unit and get it installed within the week!

Chippewa Valley Mechanical installed a new furnace this past winter and the AC recently and they gave exceptional service throughout the process. The products they installed have worked wonderfully. The estimate and prices were reasonable, too. Many thanks to Luke and the staff!!
