We had been waiting for a replacement AC unit from another company all summer (was told in June it could be a month or so before it would arrive, never heard back). When I asked Travis about one, he was able to order the unit and get it installed within the week!

Wonderful service - Ken helped me locate the buried tank cover, recommended where to get the cement risers to bring the cover above grade and then returned two days later and helped me install the heavy cement risers after finishing pumping the tank. Highly recommmend
