“We had prebooked a snow plow company to do our long driveway and porches and sidewalk in advance of the Big Snow, and then waited all day but then they had to cancel at 7pm at night - leaving us with about a foot of snow everywhere that was very quickly turning to ice as the temps dropped. We found Genesis on Google late on Sat night and Hector agreed to come and help us first thing Sunday morning. 5starsfor availability and helping us, but ALSO for being very pleasant and cheerful and doing a great job getting through the snow so we could be safe.
