Great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made choosing the right pair of sunglasses easy and enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, and I’m very happy with the quality of the sunglasses I received. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the best prices anywhere! I live three hours away, was in Hayward for the weekend, and broke my glasses in the sauna (the anti-scratch coating cracked and I couldn't see anything through them). No backup pair on hand, no contacts in my overnight bag, and my optometrist back home was closed on weekends. They were able to read my lenses and replace them with an approximate prescription in about a half hour. I was so pleased I purchased a new pair while I was waiting. THANK YOU for saving my weekend, you guys are amazing!! ❤️
