I just had the best experience at Quality Eyeglasses in Hayward! A friend recommended I stop in since I’d been looking for new glasses, and I’m glad I did!
I had been looking online for frames, but that was a total crap shoot even with my prescription in hand. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Angie, who was so friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about frame sizing and styles that would suit my face. I had about a dozen pairs picked out, and she was right there offering helpful, honest insight on each one.

Phenomenal Service. Owner let me in when he was closed on a Monday and handled by two pairs of eyeglasses and repaired the ones I had. Have received several pairs here and all employees are very customer service related. I don't recommend going until they are open it was a fluke that he was there but he certainly did help me and it was much appreciated.

After hearing about Quality Eyeglass from multiple people I had to check it out and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was very kind and helpful. I left with the most perfect fitting glasses I’ve ever had. I typically hate wearing glasses but these are amazing so I might just wear them everyday. I will be telling all my friends and family about this place. In addition to the great service, they had a massive selection of frames. It took me awhile to look at them all! I never felt rushed which was also a plus!
