However, I do want to publicly acknowledge the amazing professionalism, responsiveness and care I received when speaking with them on the phone. Our septic backed up and we didn't know if we should be contacting a plumber or septic company. Kathy asked pertinent questions. She shared knowledge and ideas on how we could determine what might be happening in our situation and what type of service we may require.
