“While on vacation, our dog got 2 barbed fishing hooks in her nose. After calling around, I found that Hayward was only 40 minutes from where we were. The tech on the phone was great as she helped me calm down and they were able to get us in. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes before they helped us as there were a couple of other walk ins ahead of us. Our dog was sedated and they got the fish hooks out safely. The vet and the techs checked in on her several times to make sure she was ok coming out of sedation.Everyone was so kind and compassionate, we were very happy with the care we received and immensely thankful they were able to get us in.“
