We played Turtleback, Big Fish and Hayward Golf in a quick golf and boating weekend. They were all great but wanted to do a special shootout for Hayward Golf who shipped my range finder back to me. Course conditions, pace of play and staff were awesome. They were selling cheeseburgers hot off the grill which were outstanding as well.
Beautiful course. Fairways are lush on 95% of holes. The greens were a tad bumpy but rolled pretty true. Pert near every hole is a dog leg. Would love to play it again with a bit more course knowledge...played again Oct 9th 2024. The course was amazing. The greens were in fantastic shape. The fairways were very lush. A true gem of the north.
Course in great condition. Women's tee boxes are being redone, and the temporary boxes are very weedy. The course is easily walkable, with wide fairways and well-placed hazards.
