I came to North Lake Vet Clinic to establish care for my dog Sparkey. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Sparkey is a cute boy but can be anxious and nosy. Dr. Smith and Rissa were kind and patient with him. They took the time to review his medical records from where he used to go and where very thorough. I’m glad I was able to find a clinic that accepts Sparkey for who he his but also pays attention to detail and takes time to explain things.
I had a great appointment today at North Lake … all of the staff make my anxious Golden Retrievers feel safe and truly cared for. Everything they did was well thought out and my pup, I brought in today, is doing much better! They genuinely love animals there and they are very thorough!
We saw Dr. Niebler for a diarrhea issue with our elderly dog. She and the tech were very caring and thorough. She did an exam and gave us some options to figure out why it was continuing. She suggested some easy changes but also mentioned some more costly options. She never pushed us to do more than we wanted. We started with the easy changes and that helped. She emailed us the following day to see how our dog was doing.
