My dog scratched my eye and everyone acted quickly in order to get me in. Robin, Tray and Dr. Amber were awesome! They fit me in 3 days in a row and I feel like they were all genuinely concerned about my well being! Thank you!

This review is based on purchasing frames only-I have no experience with their doctors or the exam process.I came in to pick out frames-after visiting 3 other places, and found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on their products. One young lady helped me right away and respected that I wanted to try on ALL the glasses and then get her assistance for narrowing down to a single frame. Between her and Holly, I was able to find a perfect pair of glasses-with a super quick turnaround time! I got my glasses super quick despite the holiday! I will be back for sunglasses! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and experience.

Current Experience:The business part has improved a lot. The receptionist is more attentive and helpful than before. And the business manager Lynn takes her time to help me get my contact lens rebate, which I am greatly thankful for her effort. Dr. Dentz is great as usual.Past Experiences:My husband and I had a bad experience with the billing of the Lake County Eye Care. After the eye check, we used our HSA account to pay for the expense. The HSA sent a check directly to the facility. We also called the facility to inform them that the check is on its way. The receptionist said they will watch for that.In 2 weeks, I got a call to pick up my husband's contact lens.... read full review
