I loved working with every person I came in contact with at JTS Direct. They have excellent customer service that you don't find at all printers. They became like family since we worked together for years. All great people there!! I had many crazy requests with much crazier deadlines and they were always able to help me with them. They think outside the box and come up with very creative ideas. I would definitely recommend JTS Direct.

This company is the most caring, family oriented, and understanding company I have seen and had the pleasure of working for. They want to know your story; they want to know how your life is going, how your family is. If there is an emergency at home they say, “Go. Go do what you have to do.” Without question or hassle. You will always get your 40 hours a week and sometimes more. The departments and shifts could be a little more cohesive, however, it is not an issue. Just talking to anyone in the other department will solve the issue in a matter of minutes; shift cohesion will improve as second and third shift get more solidified employees that care. All in all, if you can handle working in hot temperatures and can do a physically demanding job, this is one of the best companies you can work for.
