Fred's Sanitary Services is an excellent company with exceptional workers. They provide prompt and dedicated service, as demonstrated by their quick response to an emergency pump for a 50+ year-old septic system. The office and field staff are very responsive and great to work with. The guys are the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and the ladies are the best in the business, always willing to help with any questions. Nick and Jason were very professional, providing updates as work progressed and after completion. Dave and his crew were on point, doing the job fast and efficiently, and Dave answered every question quickly. Fred's Sanitary Services is an ideal choice for those seeking reliable and caring sanitary services.
I had a water test and then chlorination to fix an issue with our well. Lisa and Steve were exceptional to work with. Very prompt, informative, and helpful. The lady who answers the phones(mukwonago number) is not pleasant to talk with. She never introduced herself the several times I have spoke with her so I can’t name her. She was unhelpful, short with answering questions, and made me feeling like I was a bother. She is a poor representation of the company as everyone else was great.
Honest. Dependable and excellent customer service and pricing. These guys do way more than pump tanks. They are full-service plumbers who get it done and charge fairly. Given all the scam companies out there its great to see a solid one like Freds. Highly recommend. I have used them for several things since moving to lake country from upgrading faucets and toilets to replacing a failed water heater.
We had Mitchell out to do our 3 year septic pumping. We are new to the property, so had a few questions. Mitchell took great care to answer all our specific questions and also offered expert suggestions to maintain our system. We are very happy with Fred's, thank you for your help!!
