EXCELLENT company and EXCEPTIONAL workers!!!! Thank you so much for saving us from a septic system fail. We had an emergency call and they were able to come out within an hour and stayed after hours until our problem was fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Fred's Sanitary Services. Thank you Lisa from your office for helping me. I can not say enough good things!! Thank you!! Thank you to the 3 hard workers for explaining everything and a job VERY WELL DONE!!!!! 5 stars!!!!

I have used Fred's for several years and find the service to be great. This year the guy who performed the service did not put the hose back. When I went to take of it and remove the nozzle he put on, I got quite the spray of cold water because he didn't turn the faucet off. I suggest they bring their own nozzle so they will be reminded to turn the faucet off before they leave.

I dont know where to start my review! OUTSTANDING!! Customer service is truly amazing! I was lucky enough to have Lisa help me. I am selling my house and had to have a few things fixed. They were extremely responsive and got out to my property quickly. As a single homeowner, I was having a bit of a melt down. Not proud of it. But, it happens. Lisa was so empathetic and kind. She truly cared about what I was going through and literally did everything in her power to make it better for me!!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! Use only Fred’s Sanitary Services!!! You wont be sorry!
