Called them about my furnace not working and they showed up the next day, even though I live in Caledonia which is in Racine county. Determined that my heat exchanger was bad. Kong story short. The furnace manufacturer was not able to get the replacement part in a timely fashion so Doug the owner arranged to get us a new furnace instead. The team who who worked on our system were extremely professional and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after the job. I am extremely happy with the service and recommend them.

Needed an estimate on some duct modification in the basement. Once again, these guys were professional, courteous, competent, and respectful. Estimate came in at a very reasonable cost, so the work will get done.

A++++++++ Niko and Jose did an excellent job this past Wednesday with my air duct cleaning, tune up, and nest thermostat installation. I don't typically write reviews, but think that Aire Serve deserves the praise. I have now done my air conditioner and furnace replacement, tune ups, air duct cleaning, and smart thermostat installation through them, and have been pleased every step of the way. I am also not typically loyal to a company unless they've earned it, which Aire Serve definitely has.
