I went there last year and had the most amazing customer service rep in Todd and I had two insurances and he worked it out so one would pay for my frames and the other one paid for the remainder and ended up paying hardly anything!! without his expertise, I would've never been able to do that on my own or with others that I tried prior to them!! He was SO HELPFUL & friendly & didn't try to upsell me like most people do! I have another appointment there next week along with my boyfriend to get new glasses! THEY ARE EXCELLENT!!
I decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion on my eye exam and thinking they were inside of Shopko so I can shop as well lol. However they stand alone Wonderful customer service, and so was the eye doctor I do recommend!!!!! God Bless America ?
The staff at the Hales Corners Shopko Optical is super! Heidi does a thorough eye exam and Alisha helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. I am excited to be seeing clearly again in new glasses! ?
