My wife and I hired Virtue Homes to finish our basement and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were easy to work with and did what they said they were going to do at the quoted price. Each of their subcontractors performing each portion of work were qualified, respectful of our existing property, and did great work. There were options to choose from and professional recommendations. Anyone that has done any building or construction on their property or a new property knows that new options or changes present themselves as the build happens. We had a couple of them and they weren’t surprises by any means. The pricing was in line with the original quote as if included from the start. The most important thing in hiring a contractor is if they do what they said they were going to do and Virtue Homes did what they said they were going to do.
We loved the entire building experience with Virtue Homes! From the organization of setting up meetings for selections and the communication with the contractors from breaking ground, framing, and final details were amazing. If this wasn’t our forever home would build with Virtue Homes again and recommend them for any custom home building project!
We had Virtue Homes finish our basement for us. They did a great job and everything went super smooth. They were able to start the project quick and were done in under two months. They paid close attention to quality of workmanship and made sure everything matched our upstairs, down to the well texture and same door knobs. Dan was great to work with and quickly responded to all of our questions. He also helped us get an EV charger installed in our garage when the electrician was out. Overall can’t recommend them enough!
