Very prompt and helpful. Our car needed a jump start at our home. The service person, Roger, tested it and explained things very well and recommended a new battery, offered their battery, yet we chose to go to our dealership. No cost.

My experience was excellent! Roger communicated prior to showing up and once he arrived. He was punctual, very helpful with the battery jump and shared with me about the batteries that were offered through Fox City's Towing - which were greatly priced as well. Because of my great experience with Roger, I would highly recommend Fox City's Towing!
