I went to Ulta to have a return sent back to an online retailer. Ulta is a "Happy Returns" location for this retailer. The return went smoothly PLUS I received $5 off my purchase! The one negative is that there are WAY too many scents throughout the store to the point of gagging. I felt like I was hurrying to get out of there.

Stopped in today with less than 15 min to spare intending to by a product I always use. Patricia listened to what I was looking for, asked clarifying questions, was patient and personable during the whole process. Walked out with the products that my face needed.

store Manager Eden is so kind, professional, and patient. Also, associate Ashlyn on the floor helping customers is extraordinary. She helped me with my needs like no other, from color matching and finding the right products for my particular skin. Just a great team here!
