I have been using this cleaner for many years. Kim is always an absolute pleasure to deal with and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. My orders are always done on time, and to my satisfaction. I will continue being a customer for life at this fine establishment.

I just left 11/13 as a first time customer with one of my items not cleaned. Not only was I informed on drop off it could be cleaned, I didn’t receive a call telling me the jacket couldn’t be cleaned. The lady at the desk was also unpleasant, and when asked if she knew where I could take the jacket she continued to express that they couldn’t do it. Which I understood then told me to Google it, didn’t appreciate her responses/lack of customer service. I will not be back and would not recommend this cleaners.

Every time I go there it’s an issue they tried to charge me double the first time I went, luckily I caught it.Their person who does the repairs is outsourced so you never know if you can actually can get the job done until weeks later.I paid for a job that was never done and have yet to get a refund almost a month later due to lack of communication between employees. If I could give 0 stars I would it’s unfortunate that it’s the only cleaners open Sunday which is my only day offServices: Ironing
