Dr. Nowak has been helping me with a neck injury from 6 years back. I seem to be good for about a year and then need to be adjusted. He’s friendly and listens to you. Very professional. Great Dr.

They started with an x-Ray to see The problem areas. Not only did I get my lower back pain relieved, I was given feedback on exercises to help me get a stronger core, walk and stand properly and referrals to nearby fitness clubs that would cater to what I am capable of doing.

So, this is my spine. In case you're wondering, it isn't supposed to curve like that.The good news is that Dr. Nowak of Nowak Chiropractic has gotten me to a pain-free point. Where before the bend was pressing on nerves sending sharp-shooties and numbness down my right arm as well as severely limiting my movement and strength, I now have full range of motion and no pain/numbness whatsoever!
