I completely agree with Karl's review. The actual medical staff is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and have wonderful bedside manners. The front office staff, however, is mind-blowingly rude. We've been coming here for years, so every time I call I just have to steel myself internally and brace for impact.

I called today for an appointment because I was reffered by another Dr and i was denied care because they said i have an unpaid bill of $95.00 from 2012. Can you believe that! So i guess its not about health care at this place its all about money....

The provider gets 5 stars. Dr. Rani was thorough, friendly, and professional. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a provider. The front office staff, on the other hand, gets 1 star. They were brusque and borderline rude with me, and I witnessed this with all the patients they interacted with as I waited. No attempt to listen or empathize, just short, barked orders. And they laughed about a patient they had been talking with over the phone after hanging up - loudly so all the patients in the lobby could hear. The provider deserves to be represented by staff that matches her own kindness and professionalism. The contrast is stark.
