Marlowe at Max A. Sass was amazing to work with. He was patient, understanding, and compassionate. He took his time with me and my decision making process and answered all my questions. I met with him several times before my mom passed which made the final visit that much easier. Unfortunately my dad passed away 31 days after my mom and Marlowe was right there again in the most professional and dignified way to aid me again in planning the funeral. We've had multiple family funerals at Max A. Sass and I just wanted to let people know that they helped us in so many ways. They're very friendly and really know their business. I loved everything max and sass have done for me, very polite and very very helpful. This was the first time I had to prepare a funeral and with the help of Nicole and Megan, u guys are amazing. U made me feel so comfortable u made my mom look so beautiful. Everybody there did an awesome job. Thank u very much for everything.
