She did such a great job my mother was so worried she would have to have her take them off because she thought it would irritate her eyes, but GUESS WHAT she went on her vacation and this is the picture she sent me. She’s in love and so am I with these lashes. Check her out, she’s amazing! Also she’s a very down to earth person with a great outgoing personality with a professional work environment. “Dates of visit: August 7 + August 14, 2025 It never fails that a visit to the dermatologist is always something you schedule months in advance, which is always so odd to me considering that all of my derm appointments tend to be less 30 minutes or less. What is everyone else doing that takes so long!? At any rate, I really appreciated that I could use their text service to make an appointment; I spend a lot of my time in meetings and calls so finding uninterrupted time to make these kinds of requests can be tricky sometimes. Making matters worse was that I was traveling while trying to get an appointment for a spot on my face, making this service wonderful for me. Within seconds I was told that I had a cyst and we not only talked through options for removal, it was done then and there! I had to go back in a week to take out the sutures and that appointment actually took longer than the removal. I also got a call in-between appointments advising the status of the cyst, too, which I appreciated. Really the only issue I had was the intense bruising that occurred on my face that I wasn't warned about--it was so bad I was telling people that I may or may not be in a secret fight club! The nurse at the suture removal appointment seemed surprised by the bruising but didn't speak to it and it wasn't on the post-care sheet I received, either.“

“I was given a gift card for my birthday and decided to finally take time to use it, it was for a table for two so I brought my sister along (Lord knows we both needed it!) The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. My sister was paired with Carley and she loved every moment of it we could not stop talking about our facials and the experience we had with these ladies. Both these ladies operated as if they’ve been in the industry for 20 years or more. We are already planning a return visit and we are excited to recommend Knicks to anyone who ask! “I'm beyond pleased with our experience at Well Spa + Salon at the Pfister Hotel. We scheduled a couples massage and pedicure and both far exceeded my expectations. We checked in at the gift shop but then headed down the stairs to the salon itself, where water, tea, coffee or mimosas were waiting for you. After a few moments, our massage therapists greeted us and walked us back to the room and talked to each of us separately to understand what our sore areas were and what we needed most from our session. I've had quite a few massages in my life and this was hands down the best massage! She was gentle yet effective at getting out the knots and relaxing all of the sore muscles I had. I would easily come back to Well Spa for the massage alone! It was pure heaven. When it was over, even 80 minutes flies by too fast, we were offered water or tea and headed back to the waiting room where special Valentine's Day macaroons waited for us with our drinks. The pedicure was also very relaxing and my nail tech was extremely detail oriented and friendly! I appreciated her input to help ensure the color I chose was as vibrant as the bottle looks by using a darker color as a base. My feet are so soft and the nails look perfect! Both the massage and the pedicure made for an absolutely amazing day and I'm so happy Well Spa & Salon were able to provide services with friendly & talented staff that made the day so perfect and more than I could've imagined! I could not have asked for a better experience!“
