I recently brought my 90+ year old aunt in for an emergency procedure. From initial appointment made by Angie through final checkout, the experience was a total 10!! Every staff member including Natasha and Dr Hockers treated my aunt with such compassion. She wasn’t rushed, and they made sure she was heard. The office was decked for the holidays and they have the best children’s area I have ever seen in a medical office. 100% recommend !
I don’t even know where to start! Their slogan “Our family will treat you like family” is definitely accurate! Dr DeCremer is one stand up guy and his staff is beyond amazing. So much so instead of staying in town and finding a dentist I drive 40 mins to go to their office. He knew how much pain I was in and how urgently I needed work to be done with the clock ticking and was on me to not keep putting it off. The team actually listen and operates with care and compassion. I have heightened senses in my mouth and Dr DeCremer kept checking in whenever I’d clench my body to see how I was doing. When I left I almost was in tears with how I felt so taken care of. Definitely give them a shot. I’ve dealt directly with Amy and Angie so far and they’re some amazing ladies. Sidenote: I don’t leave reviews unless I was overly satisfied or the service was inadequate and wasn’t handled properly.
Just wanted to say how my family and I absolutely love Webster Dental. Everyone is always welcoming and you don’t just feel like a number! We’ve had a not so well experience at a pediatric dentist. So when my friend Susie suggested bringing the family over to where she worked (Webster Dental) we were on board after the first visit. It is always a pleasant experience and my kids don’t even fuss to go to the dentist! Dr. Mueller does amazing work. I can’t say enough how thankful we are for the staff that always makes us smile 🦷 😊 THANK YOU !!
