Our experience with Top Tier Roofing and Siding was honestly pretty good overall. We worked with David and he was easy to deal with from the start. He answered questions we had and explained things a bit more clearly compared to a couple other companies we spoke with earlier. There were a few small things that needed to be finished up at the end, but it got handled without much back-and-forth, so the process stayed fairly smooth. They shared photos before, during, and after the work, which was helpful to see what was actually being done. David came to my house and conducted a detailed inspection, including taking an aerial view of the roof to assess the condition and scope of repairs.
