Thompson Heating is wonderful to work with. From the young lady who spoke with me to Chad, the service person who fixed my furnace...kudos to all! I was without heat for several days..the company that installed my furnace wouldn't help. I called Thompsons at 11:30 am and they were at my home at 12:45. My furnace was up and running within 45 minutes. Chad was very willing to work with me and my furnace has never run better. I will never hesitate to call them in the future. Thank you so much..your kindness, empathy and great customer service will never be forgotten.
