Normally, wait times aren’t too long but today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. No explanation. No apology. A one minute appointment to remove stitches. It seems they could have squeezed me in much sooner or at least given a reasonable explanation why that didn’t happen.
I got a call from an administrator with a sincere apology for what happened. I feel much better after our conversation. Changing my rating as a result.
PA was great. The employees checking you in barely acknowledge your existence. I felt like I had to ask the nurse taking me back how she was today because otherwise nothing else was said. Walked out of my patient room after my apt to exit the building and overheard the nurse talking about me with a disgruntled face to another employee. Not very professional. At least let me walk out the door first.
Every time I come into this clinic, which is about once a month, all the employees seem annoyed to have to be helping the patients. From the front desk staff to the nurses who bring me back, they are very short and turse. It has been multiple different people so I dont believe it's just a personality thing.
