I called on a Monday for non-emergency service of installing shutoffs and new faucets in two bathrooms along with replacing a bathtub drain. Mark gave me a rough estimate which I accepted, and we set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:00 am. Dan arrived promptly, did the work asked for and even a couple of minor extra things. The cost was just as Mark estimated. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely will contact them with any future plumbing needs.
Mark came out right away over the lunch hour and got a nasty sewage issue taken care of promptly. He was very professional and courteous, and provided great explanation. 10/10 will be calling Sustman for all of my plumbing needs from now on.
