String instruments galore for sale and repair. Owner operators are pleasant and very knowledgeable. I brought my guitar, case and stand in to consign. Guitar needed minor upgrades to wearable parts and they will take the repairs off when the sale happens. Very reasonable pricing for repairs. Felt like I was family while at the store.
The new owner, Lucas, has made my violin sound and play like a whole new instrument! I googled this shop and took a chance since I only had an open seam emergency, and they quoted a quick turn around rate and I was in Appleton for the week. Within a minute of having my violin in his hands, Lucas identified a major mistake my previous luthier did and then ignored for several years.
