Very prompt with email replies, Dr. Ruffing is amazing, takes her time and answers all my questions! Quick to approve orders, and several receptionists so you're never waiting in line to check in. I also didn't have to wait that long for my cat to be called back to the exam room. Also, it smelled good in there! Not like a wet dog lol. Never felt pressured to have any procedures done, got info and cost on a procedure my cat may need done if she exhibited the signs. Very professional.
We have been going to Riverside for years and they truly are the best. We have seen multiple vets there and they are all amazing and take their time to discuss any thoughts or concerns- they are also great at communication ( either phone calls or email). We had an emergency over the weekend and I called the office today and I was able to be seen within a few hours of calling. Dr. Moede was incredible, I can't thank her enough for her time and how understanding she was. I would refer all my friends and family to Riverside. They very passionate about the care they provide to our pets.
