Saw Dr. Gustafen (might have spelled that wrong) in physical therapy. She was amazing. Absolutely no time waiting for my appointment. Front desk staff was very polite. I really like this location
My therapist, Nick Schneidermeyer. Is really good. He keeps you informed of the treatment you're getting. He asks questions about how effective it is and what else you need. He's great about sending you home with exercises to keep you going in between visits.
As soon as you leave a machine, there is someone there with spray and gloves and they wipe it down.
The office personnel was good about getting my appointments when I needed them.
The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because some of the equipment needs replaced, desperately.
I’ve been working with Matthew Schutte for almost 2 years after a bad accident. He is consistently knowledgeable about what kind of PT i need. He is kind, caring, compassionate and firm at the same time. I have always felt safe with him and have never been afraid that i would get hurt. I know that I am in excellent hands with him, and i can’t recommend him highly enough. If I could give 10 stars i would.
