“Unsure where to even start but our entire experience with the staff at packerland vet clinic couldn't have been more positive.
12. That's the number of vet clinics I frantically called begging for help and aside from the lady who suggested packerland to me (Omro veterinary staff) I really didn't feel like anyone cared or would help us until I made the call.
I spent 2 days absolutely frantic thinking I wouldn't have this moment right here ever again but thanks to the entire staff I do.

“We can’t say enough of how wonderful Golrusk is! We had brought our dogs there for boarding and grooming for 10 years. Our last girl, the “lumpy old lady” Trixie, left us this year at the age of 15. The “frequent flyer” spent many weekends at Golrusk and the staff treated her like their own. Always friendly smiles at check-in and detailed report cards. When Trixie left us it was too hard to make the call to let them know she was gone. Noticing she hadn’t been there and knowing she was an older girl, Lexi at Golrusk texted us to check in to see how she was doing and we told her the sad news. The next week we received a sympathy card with a beautiful personal note from the staff that included a white cartoon dog reaching for bubbles, as “bubble time” at Golrusk was Trixie's favorite. When the time is right to add to the family, we will only consider Golrusk for our boarding and grooming needs. To the staff at Golrusk, thank you for your compassion and always making Trixie’s stays memorable!”
