I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had living in the Centennial Estates apartments owned by Perret Homes.
First off, as a single woman, it was super affordable compared to anywhere else I looked. Not only that, but the buildings and apartments are VERY nice and fairly new.
They were absolutely the best landlords I’ve had or even heard of. They truly cared, and basically always dropped what they were doing to help me with anything.
Maitnence is also great! Very friendly folks. I’ve had the team come same day anytime I reported a request through the portal. They also keep up on Lawncare and vacuum the hallway every week.

They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Honest and responsive. Mark did a wonderful job helping pick and start us off. Tony then took over during the actual construction and did an awesome job communicating and finishing the build. They were responsive when issues arose and quick to help us get them resolved. We would highly recommend.
Little do people know they manage an apartment complex in Hobart called Centennial Estates. We rented from them for about a a year and a half. Management and maintenance were wonderful, one of the few places I rented at where I can say that. Things were kept up to date, management stayed in contact with you. Parking lots were plowed and salted right away. Neighbors were 50% wonderful but hey you don’t have to be friends with them. Apartments face a pond and you get a beautiful sunset each night. Would recommend to others!
