I was extremely pleased with my recent customer service from Rey and Luke for an inspection and testing of my residential security system. I was scheduled for an appointment between 11am 11:30am but was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Rey at 9:20am asking if I would be interested in moving my appointment up to 10am. I was given the option to keep the regularly scheduled time, but this change worked well for me.Knowing that I have pets in my home, both technicians were careful when entering and exiting my home so that my pets didn't bolt out the door.
