Being a technologically-challenged author, I so appreciated two of my author friends recommending this web design business. Jen Davis was responsive and patient with changes I proposed during the process, educating me along the way regarding the design features and function of my new site. She assisted with the email newsletter coordination, as well, which was not as straightforward as advertised. J Davis also supplied understandable instructions for website updates, maintenance, and steps to remedy any website glitches which may occur. All of this was accomplished for an exceptionally reasonable fee.
