I started seeing Trista for back and hip pain caused by my scoliosis. I had been seeing a chiropractor prior to this and never had much lasting effect going that route. In just a few sessions, Trista’s work on the soft tissue surrounding my problem areas gave me increased mobility and decreased pain. Every session got better and the exercises and tools she gave me for home helped to extend the time needed between treatments. She has a very special skill set that allows her to find areas of tension and impingement before I even realize they are there and causing me issues. She has worked with me through infertility, endometriosis surgery and recovery, pregnancy, and postpartum healing. Her approach is gentle and kind and she is one of the most compassionate providers I have ever worked with. Her unique skill set is unmatched and I feel so lucky to have her on my care team.

As an avid golfer, I've had back issues for a long time. I saw Trista and she worked her magic. I've been to chiropractors before and it never fixed the problem. I have seen Trista for many different problems starting with PT after rotator cuff surgery 5 years ago. She helps me with scar tissue, neck pain and back issues. But today when I could barely walk she worked on my right knee. Discovered I had a baker’s cyst and performed her magic, taped with kinesiology tape and away I went. I can honestly say, 9 hours later my knee feels fantastic! I trust this provider with my heath care. She has never disappointed me or made me uncomfortable.
