Absolutely HORRIBLE! the guys was so focused on watching sports on his phones he didnt say one word to me, skipped a ton of steps, didnt shape them how I asked, nails are all different sizes, to lazy to go and get correct color, charged me 50 dollars, completely skipped a nail I had to ask to go back and do that nail, didnt even file down the nails underneath, it was absolutely horrific and completely a sad experience! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! Its actually sad to me that a business can treat customers the way I was treated! Requested my dip to be removed. It was ripped off with an acrylic nail-really hurt!!! Three of my nails were bleeding as the nail ripped off with the dip. They didn’t charge me but asked for a tip. The glue is still left on my nail and the filing was uneven and my nails are SO short. I have used this establishment many times/ but never again!

Awful experience! No one was able to answer any questions and even after telling multiple people my daughter and I wanted the basic mani/pedi, we were charged far more than expected and told it was because of polish we picked (but in my case did not actually get) off the color palates we were handed when saying what we wanted. Now less than 24hrs after getting the services, both mine and my daughters pedicures are smudged/chipped, as I'm guessing they were not dried/set properly.Services: Pedicure
